Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.
  • Minimum deposit is $500 as the security bond for stays over three weeks or the tariff in full for shorter stays, less than one week.
  • Any personal information collected will only be used for reservation and account purposes and will not be given or sold to any third party.
  • All outstanding monies are to be paid on arrival, if staying longer than 2 weeks, all monies are paid each fortnight - in advance.
  • For cheque deposits, booking is confirmed when cheque has cleared.

General Conditions

  • It is a condition of entry that our staff can access the apartment weekly for cleaning and linen change.
  • Rooms are serviced weekly. If extra housekeeping is required an extra $30 per hour required will be charged to guests. This includes units being left untidy on cleaning day.
  • No pets, except under Guide Dog Regulations.
  • All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Any breaches will incur additional cleaning and deodorising fees.
  • Lost keys and remotes attract a $150.00 replacement fee - due to change of locks being necessary for security reasons.

Cancellation and Amendments

  • We understand that plans can change and we will try to accommodate clients needs. However we require as much notice as possible of any changes.
  • Our standard policy for short term bookings is:
  • That if a booking is cancelled more than 14 days from booked dates there will be a $50 administration fee and remaining deposit will be refunded.
  • If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days from booked dates the first night will be forfeited.
  • Our cancellation policy for long term bookings is:
  • If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to booked dates a $50 cancellation fee applies and remaining deposit will be refunded.
  • If a longer term booking is cancelled less than 7 days from booked dates or during the stay one weeks payment will be forfeited.
  • There are no refunds if your stay is shortened after arrival or if guests do not arrive on expected date.
